Tigi International is a wholly owned subsidiary of Unilver and is a leading supplier of hair care products to professional hair salons. Brands include Bed Head, Catwalk, S Factor and Rockaholic.

Distribution facility needed for leading supplier of hair care products to expand

The company was looking to expand from its West London Headquarters and required a high quality distribution facility of between 50-60,000 sq ft along the M1 corridor from Watford to Milton Keynes.

Unit at Prologis Park secured within strict time frame

We were instructed to identify and acquire suitable premises which fulfilled very specific criteria and within a strict timeframe. Following a comprehensive search and negotiations, we identified premises within the preferred search area which provided the flexible lease terms required but still portrayed the high quality image demanded by the parent company, Unilver.

40% larger building negotiated within original cost criteria

Although the preferred premises were 40% larger than the initial search criteria, we secured a 35% saving on quoting terms and delivered the larger building on budget within the original cost criteria.

Our Building Consultancy team undertook an acquisition survey of the building and monitored the landlord’s works before Tigi completed the lease.
