Procurement

We provide agency advice to our public sector clients, including acquisition and disposal via auction, informal tender and private treaty. However, we also offer procurement expertise and can provide advice as part of a multidisciplinary team from inception of the project to contractual completion. We are experienced in offering OJEU and non-OJEU procurement processes to achieve your aims.

We offer strategic advice to maximise the value of your assets through consolidation, disposal, acquisition, and partnership opportunities.

We provide consultancy advice, including the provision of appraisal and valuation advice, in order to value engineer proposals, minimise viability funding gaps, and maximise receipts.

Development consultancy

We can assist you in de-risking your real estate. We are experienced in identifying and resolving issues prior to disposal or redevelopment - for example, through the release of restrictive covenants, monitoring or buying out overage provisions and negotiating the release of ransom strips.

We can provide valuation advice to support your planning and architectural team develop a scheme design to meet market demand and generate optimal returns. This valuation advice is used to feed into a strategy to deliver to objectives, and can include bespoke financial modelling, valuation and option appraisal work.

Agency

Coupled with providing development consultancy advice, our team is also is highly experienced in giving acquisition and disposal advice on the basis of auction, private treaty and informal tender processes and has a strong track record in land transactions. In the past 12 months we have advised on over £300m of land and assets for public sector clients in Central London. In terms of major site sales, we recently disposed of Sites A and B at Chase Farm Hospital for around £80m, which had planning permission for approximately 500 units.
