Originally developed by Kier Property, and now owned by CBRE Global Investors, this brand new industrial trade counter scheme comprises 12 units from 4,898 sq ft and benefits from planning consent falling under B1b/B1c/B2/B8. The development formed part of the Watford Health Campus Partnership LLP (LABV) between Watford Borough Council and Kier Property.

 

We, as a Watford Health Campus advisor, have been involved from the initial design of the scheme to identifying and securing tenants. The scheme reached Practical Completion in August 2017 and having agreed terms with occupiers including Screwfix, Tool Station and Harley Davidson only one unit remains available.
