Ezra was awarded third place in the Britain’s Best Investment Agent listing, which ranks the top 50 investment agents in the UK.

Ezra has been behind some of the sector’s most important deals during the past 12-18 months, such as the £200m sale of the BBC Television Centre, Cerberus’s £375m acquisition of Project Thames and the sale of the Project Neo portfolio for over £118m. 

In addition, Ezra successfully negotiated the sale of Lambert Smith Hampton to Countrywide last autumn.
