LSH has advised Sheet Anchor Evolve on the acquisition of White House and 5-9 Lower Temple Street from Hortons, two prime mixed-use assets in Birmingham City Centre.

White House, totalling 24,561 sq ft, comprises four prime retail units fronting both New Street and Lower Temple Street, occupied by well-established operators including Tim Hortons. Above, six floors of office accommodation provide a successful office scheme with significant opportunities for growth.

5–9 Lower Temple Street, extending to 11,982 sq ft, incorporates three prominent retail units and four upper floors of office accommodation. With the building’s highly visible position facing New Street Station, it is a compelling location for leisure, retail and workspace occupiers alike.

Richard Durkin, Director of Capital Markets at LSH, commented:

“We are delighted to have advised Sheet Anchor Evolve on the acquisition of these two landmark assets in the heart of Birmingham. Their strategic location, strong tenant mix and clear opportunities for value creation make White House and 5–9 Lower Temple Street exceptional additions to Sheet Anchor Evolve’s growing portfolio.”
