Lambert Smith Hampton Strengthens Living Investment Offering with Dedicated National Leadership Team

Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has announced the launch of a dedicated national Living Investment team, reinforcing its commitment to one of the UK's most dynamic and resilient property sectors.

The strategic move reflects continued investor demand across the living sector and positions LSH to provide enhanced expertise, market insight and client service across the UK.

As part of the new structure, Elle Gray has been appointed National Head of Living Investment, leading the firm's national living sector strategy and client offering. Supporting this growth, Jack Robson has been appointed Head of Living Investment (Midlands & North), further strengthening LSH's regional capabilities and market coverage.

The dedicated Living Investment team will focus exclusively on the living sector, providing specialist advice across a broad range of asset classes and supporting clients with investment, development and strategic opportunities nationwide.

The new structure has been designed to enable greater focus on business development, resource planning and service delivery, ensuring clients benefit from deep sector expertise combined with comprehensive market knowledge.
