Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has strengthened its Leeds Capital Markets team with the appointment of Jonathan Wade as Director. Jonathan’s 25 years of experience reinforces the business’s commercial investment capability across the region. Jonathan brings extensive experience, having moved from Brackenridge Hanson Tate in Leeds where he acted on a large number of transactions across various asset classes, acting for a wide range of private and property fund clients.

The Capital Markets team in Leeds is further strengthened by the appointment of Georgie Parker as Senior Surveyor, who moves from the Lease Advisory team.
