LSH Completes Triple South Coast Industrial Sales

Lambert Smith Hampton’s (LSH) award winning South Coast Industrial & Logistics property agents have completed a hat-trick of sales in Hampshire. Ranging from 19,127 – 30,020 sq ft, the sales occurred in Andover, Chandlers Ford and Eastleigh.

Totalling 19,127 sq ft, Unit 6 Brickfield Lane in Chandlers Ford was sold to Aqua Cooling, a leading UK specialist in industrial cooling.  The premises will become their flagship UK headquarters, housing their fleet of hire equipment and providing additional office space.   Located on Chandlers Ford Industrial Estate, the property is a detached industrial unit with excellent transport links to both the M3 and M27 motorway networks. Alex Gauntlett of Vail Williams acted as the purchaser’s agent.

The second of the three completed sales occurred at Plot 44, Macadam Way, Andover was sold on behalf of administrators Moorfields and totalled 24,269 sq ft. The property which also boasts ground and first floor office space is located in the important commercial centre of North Hampshire and offers easy transport access to the regions motorways as well as London. David Smith of Myddelton and Major acted as joint agent. 

The final property totalling 30,020 sq ft was located at 10 Tower Lane, Eastleigh and was sold to 21st Century Global Logistics Ltd. The property comprises a detached warehouse property along with two storey office accommodation. Similar to the previous two properties, Tower Lane boasts excellent transport links and is strategically situated close to the M3 and M27 motorways as well as Southampton International Airport.
