Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has successfully completed the sale of Solent Gate Industrial Estate, a multi-let industrial asset in Fareham, on behalf of Columbia Threadneedle.

Located within Speedfields Park, Solent Gate Industrial Estate comprises seven units totalling approximately 50,094 sq ft across a 2.93-acre site. The estate is fully let to a diverse range of occupiers and benefits from strong reversionary potential, with a significant proportion of income subject to lease events in the near term.

The scheme occupies a strategic South Coast location with excellent connectivity to the M27 and wider motorway network, supporting continued occupational demand and rental growth prospects.
