PRIME Research UK, a communications research business, is ready for growth and has increased its footprint at 58 St Aldates by over a third to 5,049 sq ft.

The inspirational workspace trend of exposed services has become increasingly popular with occupiers across the Thames Valley, and the landlord, Vantage Property Limited Partnership, has capitalised on this by leading the way with the first exposed services specified property in Oxford’s city centre, as part of a comprehensive remodelling project.

The completed project will provide striking, contemporary office accommodation set amidst Oxford’s dreaming spires. The workspace will be complemented by unique features such as exposed secondary ductwork and drop LED lighting. This stylish aesthetic will help to create an exciting working environment for the staff at PRIME Research.

Charlotte Reaney, senior surveyor in Lambert Smith Hampton’s Oxford office, explains: “I’m excited to have been involved with introducing to Oxford this innovative and inspiring workspace, which perfectly reflects the ethos of a vibrant, trendy company such as PRIME Research. This is a trend which is gathering pace and other landlords are likely to follow suit in a bid to attract occupiers looking to boost staff productivity and encourage talent acquisition.”
