Ian Kibble has been appointed Head of our Birmingham office, where he will also lead the Agency team. Ian is taking over from Terry Corns, who has headed up the Birmingham office for five years, and is retiring from this role.

Ian has been Head of our Hertfordshire office in St Albans for over 20 years, and Head of our East Region for six years. He brings with him extensive experience of office and industrial development agency, working with high profile clients such as SEGRO, ProLogis, Canada Life, MEPC and Frontier Estates. Ian has also advised many public sector bodies, including Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire County Councils and Homes & Communities on landmark and strategic projects.

In addition to taking on the role of Head of Office, Ian has been appointed as Regional Director for the region, incorporating offices across the Midlands including Nottingham, Leicester and Northampton. This joined-up approach, underpinned by Ian’s role in Birmingham as the region’s largest office, will ensure that clients benefit from multiple service lines and co-ordinated expertise.

In retiring from his Head of Office role, Terry will continue his extensive dispute resolution work with arbitration and independent expert appointments which he receives from the President of the RICS and others, and will remain available for strategic client advice in support of the Birmingham team.
