Our Role

• Undertook initial condition survey and produced budget estimations for the works identified.
• Developed full tender specification including structural repairs, and managed tender process.
• Managed project delivery, including value engineering of the works to maintain budgets while maximising value.
• Ensured the works were undertaken safely and minimised impact while the property continued to operate as a childcare facility and community centre. 

Results

• Refurbished the property to a condition that kept the buildings original character and made the building safe.
• Maintained the operation of the property while undertaking significant works.
• Delivered the programme to client budget through hard negotiation and principled approach to repairs.
