Following the formation of HCA Investments (HCAi) in 2014, we were appointed to a panel of consultants, supporting on due diligence for the numerous recoverable investment programmes HCAi is currently involved in. These funds are in place to provide developers with various levels of finance to deliver new housing and commercial developments.

We have supported HCAi on over £100m of recoverable investment applications, including Builders Finance Fund, Local Infrastructure Fund and Get Britain Building. We carry out valuations and development appraisals, review financial implications and make clear recommendations as to whether the schemes proposed are economically viable. Once a decision is made to fund a scheme, we are also involved in monitoring the proposed works.

Our work will ensure that HCAi is only making investments in sound development proposals that are viable and able to repay the loans in the required period.
