Our South Coast Industrial & Logistics Agency team were named Industrial/Logistics Consultancy of the Year at last week’s South Coast Property Awards.

The leading players in the commercial and residential property community recently celebrated their achievements at the 2023 South Coast Property Awards.

Developers, agents, planners, consultants, lawyers and dealmakers at the sixth annual ceremony, were applauded winners in 16 award categories.

This award follows clinching the ‘Agency of the Year Award’ at the South-East Property Awards last July and being crowned ‘Industrial Consultancy of the Year (by sq ft)’ at the South Coast Property Awards just 8 months ago.

Our South Coast Industrial & Logistics Agency team have been involved in several landmark schemes across the region, noted for their strength in developing job-creating schemes, such as:

  • Langston Park, Havant
  • Dunsbury Park, Havant
  • Adanac Park II, Nursling
  • Quest 271, Nursling
  • Power Park, Eastleigh
  • Radial 27, Segensworth

Commenting on this latest accolade, Elise Evans, director at LSH added:

“We take real pride in delivering the best deals for our clients. The market has been pretty stable during the period. There is a consistent lack of supply, and the south coast is fairly robust because demand outstrips supply. Rents have gone in the right direction for clients, and on some deals second-hand rents have been similar to new-build rents. One of the highlight deals for us was Radial 27 in Segensworth.”

Dan Rawlings, director, Lambert Smith Hampton, concluded:

“It’s a privilege for the team to have won this award and be recognised for the hard work and dedication in providing quality advice to our clients. Fantastic to have worked on bringing number of exciting speculative developments to the region with more to follow!”

It wasn't the only success of the night as Lakeside North Harbour, was named Workplace of the Year, a scheme we have been heavily involved in with Portsmouth City Council.

LSH were also named as finalists in the following categories:

  • Office Consultancy of the Year
  • Sustainable Development of the Year (Stoneham Park, Eastleigh (Capital Trust); Langstone Park, Havant (XLB) )
  • Deal of Year (Lake House Acquisition - Bayshill Properties)
  • Commercial Development of the Year (Christchurch Trade Park (Hamdongate and Le Gallais); Adanac North II (Oceanic Estates); Blueprint Andover (Kier Property and Test Valley Borough Council))
