We have been instructed by East Lindsey District Council (ELDC) to offer their former headquarters (the historic Tedder Hall) for sale, together with surrounding land and buildings currently within their ownership at Manby Park, Louth.

Tedder Hall has been home to ELDC for a number of years and has played a key role in the council’s commercial, economic, and social regeneration of the local area.

Amounting to a total site area of 11.4 acres, with total accommodation of circa 70,381 sq ft, the property is available freehold as whole, or individual lots, with potential for alternative uses.

Tedder Hall is offered with vacant possession with other buildings offered subject to existing tenancies.

Andrew France, Associate Director at LSH, commented:

“Tedder Hall, Guy Gibson Hall, Aries House and The Gatehouse are all situated within Manby Park which historically formed part of RAF Manby, operational between 1938 and 1974. The buildings, some of which are Grade II Listed, have a variety of existing uses including office, industrial, warehousing/storage and retail and are surrounded by acres of landscaped gardens.”

Councillor Richard Fry, Portfolio Holder for Finance at East Lindsey District Council, added:

"Tedder Hall is an extraordinary building which holds the history of its Aviation past. It has been the home to East Lindsey District Council for many years now but due to the relocation to the Horncastle Hub, Tedder Hall is now being offered to the market for sale.  The Council hopes to see the listed building put into really productive use with the hopes its remains as striking as when it was first built.”
