FANUC’s new headquarters on the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) owned site will be developed by Highbridge Properties plc and is due for completion early next year.
The building will comprise a 56,000 sq ft design, manufacturing and training facility, 43,000 sq ft of offices and an 8,000 sq ft showroom.
The move comes after FANUC confirmed its commitment to the area by appointing national commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) to search for and acquire new premises in Coventry. The award-winning manufacturer’s existing premises is five miles away at Seven Stars Industrial Estate.

Ansty Park is located close to junction 2 of the M6 and will provide 1.5 million sq ft of space set in 100 acres. Phase one is home to the Sainsbury’s Store Support Centre and the Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC). Phase two will comprise of six state-of-the-art buildings ranging in size from 34,000 sq ft to 90,000 sq ft.
Cushman & Wakefield and Knight Frank are the joint disposal agents at Ansty Park.
