LSH and SC are working with Inverness College UHI to sell the historic Midmills building, which is located within the sought after Crown conservation area near the centre of Inverness.

One of biggest property sales

The site, formerly Inverness Royal Academy and currently part of the Inverness College UHI estate, covers 1.7 hectares (approximately 4.2 acres) with the main two-storey building dating back to 1895.

Overall the buildings have an approximate GIA of 3895 sq m (41,925sq ft) and are Category B listed.

‘This is the first of two of the most significant development sites to come to the market in Inverness for many a year, with the Longman Road college site also due to go on the market in the New Year,’ said John Hill, Director of Planning & Development Consultancy at LSH.
