Jaime Blakeley-Glover has joined the Bristol office of LSH as regional director for public sector services.

Jaime, who joined LSH in 2011, takes on the role alongside his current position of consultancy director within public sector services.

Jaime said: “This is a very exciting opportunity and I’m looking forward to building on LSH’s market presence in the West Country and our national public sector advisory capability”.

“Lambert Smith Hampton is one of the largest providers of property services to the public sector. We work with over half of the London boroughs as well as local government, central government and health and emergency services nationwide. The public sector is a key market for us and numerous successes over recent years has allowed us to expand both our strategic commissions as well as the day-to-day contracts.”

LSH’s head of Bristol office Darren Sheward said: “I am absolutely delighted that Jamie has joined us in Bristol. This is a very exciting strategic appointment for us, and forms part of our wider strategy to grow the business and widen our breadth of services. Lambert Smith Hampton Bristol has recruited seven staff this year so far and, with a further three appointments in the autumn, we will see over 20 per cent growth this year.”

The company works with over 250 public sector organisations, from central government to local authorities, emergency services, education and healthcare sector organisations. It provides property advice for, and manages, some of the country’s most complex property portfolios – with impressive results.

For one authority alone LSH generated over £250 million in property receipts, and the combined real estate value of another three of its public sector clients amounts to over £6 billion.
