LSH’s Asset Advisory team has supported the successful completion of the transaction securing the future of Paignton Zoo and Newquay Zoo, as announced by Paignton Zoo.

Working on behalf of the client disposing of the site, LSH’s Asset Advisory team led by Director Jason Hall provided comprehensive plant, equipment and stock valuations and Associate Director Charlotte Miller providing property valuations to support the transaction process. Each of the valuations formed a key component of the disposal strategy and helped facilitate the successful completion of the sale in January.
 
The transaction marks an important milestone in securing the long-term future of both zoos, which play a vital role in conservation, education and tourism within the region.
