LSH won yet another award last night as we took home Commercial Consultancy of the Year at the first ever Thames Valley Property Awards. The awards were hosted by The Business Magazine and took place at Ascot race course. 

JLL and Wadham & Isherwood were also nominated for the award, but the LSH Thames Valley team beat both to take home the property gong.

Head of LSH’s Thames Valley offices, Nick Coote, said: “We are so pleased to have won yet another award for LSH in the Thames Valley, following our recent success in the EGi deals awards where we won Most Active Agents in the South East. This is real credit to the hard graft and team work of each and every member of the Thames Valley team and it’s very satisfying that together we’ve come out top in the market yet again.”

Property Consultancy with the most deals

The Commercial Consultancy of the year award was judged on the property consultancy that had completed the most commercial deals in the office sector across the region and who had enjoyed the highest levels of tenant deals during the 12 month period from January to December 2013. EGi data was used to provide the judges with information on deals done alongside information from the individual nominations.

Richard Duncan, Surveyor in LSH’s Maidenhead office attended the ceremony and accepted the award on behalf of the team.
