Sainsbury's plans 2015 launch for Daventry distribution centre

UK supermarket chain Sainsbury's is planning a 2015 launch for its new 1m sq ft distribution centre at the Daventry International rail freight terminal. DHL Supply Chain has been awarded the deal to manage the terminal, which will handle general merchandise including white goods and homeware. The depot is expected to create 900 jobs.
