LSH Secures 57,643 sq ft Logistics Facility at Indurent Park Gloucester for Evri Premium

Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has successfully advised on a new lease of a brand-new logistics unit at Indurent Park Gloucester on behalf of Evri Premium – a network of DHL, further strengthening the company's operational network in a key UK logistics location.

Following the merger with DHL eCommerce UK in 2025, Evri Premium is a separate network that offers fast, time-sensitive deliveries with enhanced shipping security protection for high-value and large items.

The acquisition sees DHL eCommerce lease Unit 12 at Indurent Park Gloucester, which forms part of the final phase of this prime logistics development situated at Junction 12 of the M5.

The facility comprises a brand-new Grade A logistics unit totalling 57,643 sq ft with best-in-class sustainability credentials including EPC A+, BREEAM Excellent, PV panels and EV charging.

LSH advised DHL eCommerce throughout the acquisition process and follows other recent major acquisitions on behalf of the Evri Group including Arrow Point Barnsley (266,044 sq ft) and Peterborough South (95,949 sq ft).
