The building has been refurbished, redecorated and the open plan space provides businesses with the flexibility to create bespoke areas perfectly suited to their needs. I am sure that both firms will be extremely happy with their new accommodation.”

Significant occupier interest in remaining office space

Synergy comprises 70,000 sq ft of office space, with 65 on-site car parking spaces. It is situated within Sheffield’s historic Cathedral Quarter and has entrances fronting on to Campo Lane and Bank Street. It is easily accessible by Supertram, bus and train stations and is ten minutes from the motorway.

Due to a recent flurry of interest, there is currently only 26,000 sq ft of space remaining in the building, with suites available from 1,500 sq ft.
