We have been appointed by the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea (RBKC) to advise on the council's £800m property portfolio and asset management strategy. 

Council committed to driving efficiencies

We will assist the council in carrying out reviews of the portfolio and will be a partner in the delivery of cost savings, efficiencies and new opportunities.
