We have been appointed under a four year framework contract managed by SEEDA (South East England Development Agency) to provide agency consultancy services across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

SEEDA is responsible for sustainable economic development and regeneration of the South East of England.

The major areas for regeneration and development in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight include:

• South Hampshire Diamond: the development of key employment sites in Woolston Riverside, Tipner, Daedalus and Hythe Marine Park to support the marine sector.

• Isle of Wight: support for the eco-island vision and developing a leading edge renewable sector, major regeneration projects to deliver the Cowes Waterfront Initiative.

• Basingstoke Diamond: development of the Basingstoke learning campus.

Regional strength adds value to SEEDA projects

A number of our offices worked to draft the tender submissions, and will join forces to deliver the appointment. The strength of our South East teams demonstrated how we can add value to SEEDA projects and contribute towards the Corporate Plan and Regional Economic Strategy.

The framework contract will be managed by Graham Holland in our Southampton office, supported by our London, Fareham, Reading and Guildford teams.
