Apprenticeships
At LSH we recognise the benefits of recruiting talent at the very beginning of their professional careers and growing, nurturing and shaping that talent from within.
Modern Apprenticeships allow us to do just that, providing an exciting opportunity to gain practical on-the-job experience whilst studying for a recognised qualification. For the employee it’s an opportunity to ‘learn while you earn’ and gain invaluable work experience which can lead to a permanent, full-time position and the start of a new career! For LSH, apprenticeships are an opportunity to recruit talent from diverse backgrounds and develop their personal and professional skills over a long period of time in the hope that they will want to stay and build their career with us.
To date we have recruited apprentices into LSH in the following disciplines:
Support Services Apprentices
- Business Administration
- Accountancy (AAT Level 3)

For either programme the following pathways may be available
