LSH underwrote five transactions completed by Kennedy Wilson in 2024 and is providing ongoing advice on deals in the pipeline. The completed transactions were both forward commitments for units to be built by Barratt David Wilson. An initial deal for 121 units across two sites in Norwich exchanged in June 2024, with these units subsequently seeding the investment platform. LSH advised on a further 305 units across four sites at Cambridge, Ipswich, Wixams and Great Dunmow, which exchanged in December 2024.
