- We were appointed by the client to source tenant’s for the former engineering complex of 109,000 sq ft.
The LSH solution
- We compiled a list detailing all industrial occupiers in the market in excess of 10,000 sq ft and targeted current/future requirements for the same size.
- We provided advice on how best to market the complex based on market demand.
- We met with the client on a regular basis to review target occupiers and discuss what the feedback was from interested parties.
Results achieved
- We secured 5 separate tenants for the park in varying sizes from 8,000 sq ft to 33,000 sq ft with a period of 12 months from instruction.
- The client has since proceeded to speculatively build a new 28,000 sq ft industrial unit on the remaining lands.
