Utilising our funding, development and investment expertise, we secured funding for what will become Bournemouth’s premier hotel scheme, let to Malmaison. The residential element will be available for private sale. The complexity of this instruction required detailed due-diligence, combining our funding and hotel expertise. Our existing investor relations enabled us to successfully identify a funding partner through an off-market process.
