The client’s challenge

• We were appointed by the client in March 2018 to find a tenant for a logistics warehouse of 57,000 sq ft.

The LSH solution

• We targeted current occupiers and existing requirements for 50,000 – 60,000 sq ft in Northern Ireland and met with the client on a regular basis to review target occupiers and discuss what the was feedback from interested parties.
• We managed the due diligence process to the exchange of the agreement for lease, which involved comprehensive liaison and detailed negotiation with the Tenant and the Landlord’s solicitor.

Results achieved

• We successfully secured a new tenant Huhtamaki in December 2018 on a 10 year lease term.
