In 2016, we advised a Standard Life SIPP, as landlord, on a complex tripartite lease transaction of 8,000 sq offices in central Glasgow. This included carefully managing outgoing tenant liabilities and working closely with internal and external teams. Ensuring continuity of income meant that the client was happy.
