We advised a UK fund in acquiring a 150 year ground lease interest over a boutique hotel in Stratford. The 4 star hotel is operated by Manhattan Loft Gardens and is subject to annual RPI linked income for the duration of the lease. The investment offers exceptional security of income given the lease length and structure of the initial rent, which was a key target for the fund, along with the benefit of exposure to Stratford and the wider London hotel sector.
