PROPERTY ADVISER

LSH Media provides property advice to ITV and manages its 1.2 million sq ft portfolio. Mark Passer is seconded as in-house Group Surveyor where he supports ITV disposal projects, small scale acquisitions, business rates and treasury services.

STRATEGIC PROPERTY AND ACQUISTION ADVICE

• Emmerdale Tour: LSH Media provided strategic property and planning advice to build on the success of the Emmerdale Tour
• Provision: Acquired new premises for Provision, ITV’s TV & Film equipment hire company, at the Space and Sharp Project. This puts Provision at the heart of the North’s newest and biggest film studio development
• Coronation Street: When the decision was made to increase output to six shows per week, LSH created and supported an estates management and acquisitions programme to facilitate the show’s transition. LSH also provided specific planning and estates advice to facilitate a new Coronation Street Tour in Salford
• Dancing on Ice: Provided strategic advice on the acquisition of the premises used to film Dancing on Ice
• Nightly Show: When the Nightly Show needed a new home, we worked with the production team to ensure the right building was ready on time
