The instruction included the identification of a number of options, strategic advice to Irish and UK Directors of Huawei and subsequent negotiations leading to leasing of 4,500 sq ft of Grade A accomodation.
Flexible lease terms and tenant incentives were negotiated on behalf of Huawei.
