Plans for the area include the creation of Sadler’s Yard, a new public square and public realm, 500,000 sq ft of retail, leisure and hotel accommodation, 2.5m sq ft of offices, and 1m sq ft of residential accommodation.
Working with NOMA’s design team, we assisted in developing a masterplan for the site – which includes listed buildings – by providing advice on potential occupational demand, appropriate unit design and rental values.
We are also advising on the potential impact on values, related to the phasing of the scheme and tenant demand, to ensure maximum financial returns for our client.
