Acting on behalf of Kier Ventures Ltd, we have acquired a headquarters’ at Blythe Valley Business Park.

Kier instructed us to identify and acquire a prime HQ building to accommodate two subsidiaries occupying separate buildings within the West Midlands.

Grade A premises acquired

Tungsten, a 23,000 sq ft grade A building on Blythe Valley Park was selected as it best met the client’s objectives of a well located building which was configured to enable greater collaboration between the subsidiaries.

Savings in excess of £500,000 secured

The relocation from two other buildings generated substantial operational savings and we negotiated a significant reduction in the purchase price saving Kier Ventures Ltd well in excess of £500,000.
