Rational UK has agreed a deal to relocate its UK Headquarters from its current office location in Luton to Milton Keynes where they have leased the entirety of 18,424 sq ft at Lakeside, 2 Bramley Road. The deal secured by LSH will see Rational UK undertake a full office fit-out refurbishment which will result in a marked step-up in quality from their current UK premises.
 
The property is situated on Mount Farm, an employment area which forms part of the wider Bletchley area and is located just South of Milton Keynes Central. The location offers excellent transport links and outstanding views over the adjoining lakes and parklands and upon completion of the fit-out, will offer a highly impressive HQ space for Rational.
