Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has advised Babcock on the acquisition of two industrial units in Plymouth totalling approximately 87,000 sq ft.

The acquisitions comprise Quadra Park on Holland Road (64,312 sq ft), a major industrial facility, and Unit 4 Beaumont Way at Langage Business Park (22,612 sq ft), a brand new unit within the designated Freeport designed to support advanced manufacturing and engineering occupiers.
