Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has appointed David Fisher as Director within its Living & Capital Markets team, reinforcing its advisory capability across one of the UK’s fastest-growing real estate sectors.
David joins LSH from, OLANBERG Asset Management, where he advised on Living sector investments with a strong focus on acquisitions and funding. His experience spans multiple residential asset classes, including significant involvement in the rapidly evolving co-living sub-sector, alongside time spent client-side with co-living operator Vonder.
The appointment comes amid sustained growth across the UK Living sector, driven by long-term structural undersupply of housing, shifting demographics and changing lifestyle preferences. Build to Rent, co-living, student accommodation and later living continue to attract strong institutional demand, with Living assets now accounting for a significant and growing proportion of UK real estate investment volumes. Investors are increasingly drawn to the sector’s resilient income profiles, operational scalability and long-term growth fundamentals.
