Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), through its Commercial Property Management (CPM) team, has been appointed as Managing Agents of Leeds Dock, a major mixed-use waterfront destination in the heart of Leeds.
 
The appointment has been made on behalf of the joint administrators from Interpath, Rick Harrison and Steve Absolom, who were appointed over Leaseco 23 Limited in December 2025. Leeds Dock comprises a large, diverse portfolio of buildings accommodating a wide range of commercial occupiers, forming one of the city’s most prominent mixed-use destinations.
 
Leeds Dock adjoins the Royal Armouries Museum, and together the sites form a key part of the wider area utilised during UKREiiF, reinforcing the estate’s strategic importance to Leeds’ commercial, cultural and placemaking landscape.
 
Under the instruction of the joint administrators, LSH will be responsible for the ongoing management of the estate, working with stakeholders to ensure continuity of service, operational stability and the effective stewardship of the site.

Rick Harrison, managing director at Interpath and joint administrator of Leaseco 23 Limited, added:

The appointment further strengthens LSH’s Commercial Property Management presence in Leeds and underlines the firm’s expertise in managing large-scale, mixed-use environments across the UK.
