Sybron UK has completed their leasehold acquisition of Unit C at ICON Harlow - a 71,748 sq ft modern logistics warehouse which recently underwent refurbishment following exchange of the Agreement for Lease.
The property, owned by Mirastar, is situated in Harlow, Essex, within the established London–Stansted–Cambridge corridor. The location offers excellent access to the M11 and M25, positioning the unit to serve both London and the wider South East efficiently. Unit C will provide a high-quality, energy-efficient warehouse facility designed to meet the evolving operational requirements of modern occupiers.
The transaction comes at a time when the UK industrial and logistics market continues to demonstrate resilience, with demand remaining strongest for well-located, high-specification space, particularly where refurbishment and sustainability upgrades are delivered.
Commenting on the deal, Ollie Westwell at Lambert Smith Hampton, said:
“Against a backdrop of constrained supply and continued occupier demand for high-quality industrial accommodation, this deal highlights the importance of well-located, refurbished assets. ICON Harlow offers Sybron UK a future-proofed facility with strong sustainability credentials and excellent connectivity, and we are delighted to have advised them on securing a building that supports both their current and long-term business objectives.”
The letting further reinforces the ongoing strength of demand for modern logistics accommodation in established South East markets, particularly where landlords are investing to enhance building quality and environmental performance.
Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) acted on behalf of Sybron UK, while DTRE / CBRE represented the landlord, Mirastar.
