Lambert Smith Hampton’s (LSH) Manchester office agency team have acquired the 6th floor at Manchester Goods Yard on behalf of Softcat who have taken 35,000 sq ft on an assignment of fully fitted office space.
Manchester Goods Yard is located at the heart of the Enterprise City neighborhood, which has undergone extensive regeneration in recent years and is the city’s leading digital and creative hub. The campus is home to a number of well-known occupiers, Softcat will join the likes of Booking.com and Cloud Imperium Games as well as leading food and beverage operators including Fenix and Caravan.
