RSM completes lease at One The Square

RSM, a leading provider of audit, tax and consulting services to middle market leaders, globally have signed to take space at One The Square, Temple Quay located in Bristol. The letting, totalling 8,105 sq ft, achieved a rent of £32.50 per sq ft following a full refurbishment of the suite in early 2021.

The part second floor office suite has been let to RSM, one of the world’s largest accountancy professional services network on a new 10-year lease. This follows from the letting of 4,080 sq ft on the other part of the floor earlier in 2021 to Global Radio Services.

Owned by the Canal and River Trust, One The Square has been comprehensively refurbished to a high-standard throughout which now includes fully refurbished air conditioning units, full accessed raised floors and new metal ceiling tiles with recessed LED lighting while the property has been fully redecorated throughout. Communal areas such as WC’s have also been upgraded while new shower and bike facilities have been installed with further upgrades to the reception and main entrance areas due imminently.

Located in the heart of Temple Quay, a thriving business district in central Bristol, the property boasts excellent transport links and is within a two-minute walk of Temple Meads Railway Station.

LSH manage the property and have been surveyors for all the works and are joint letting agents along with CBRE. RSM were represented by Savills.
