We continue to strengthen our national Building Consultancy offering with the appointment of Chris Quaile as an Associate Director in our Bristol office. 

Chris joins LSH from Alder King, where he spent 3 years as a Senior Building Surveyor, covering the south-west region and brings with him over 7 years of experience serving the local market on high profile commercial, industrial and retail projects.

Chris will be responsible for providing all aspects of building consultancy related advice to both public and private sector clients across the south west region including contract administration, dilapidations, technical due diligence, and planned maintenance.
