Find out more

Kier Property’s Logistics City scheme in Whiteley, Hampshire has reached practical completion. The new industrial and warehouse units are now ready for occupation and have been attracting significant interest from both national and local occupiers.

The development consists of 59,232 sq ft across three building and units range from 8,877 sq ft to 50,443 sq ft. All units are modern and come with allocated parking, first floor fitted offices and electric charging provisions.

Currently, all units are available and ready for immediate occupation with a number of parties already showing interest to joint agents Lambert Smith Hampton and Vail Williams.

Situated within the newest business district of Solent Business Park and set within the wooded environment of Fulcrum, Logistics City provides excellent transport links due to its close proximity to the M27 motorway network and being located a short distance to both of the region’s major cities, Portsmouth and Southampton.

Luke Mort, Associate Director – Industrial & Logistics at Lambert Smith Hampton said:

“The specification provided through this Kier development is excellent. We are delighted to be involved in the marketing of the scheme and encouraged by the level of interest even before practical completion. We are confident this will result in some successful lettings shortly.”

Leigh Thomas, managing director for Kier Property commented:

“We are very pleased to have received practical completion at Whiteley and have reached this milestone on programme, despite the COVID-19 pandemic. This is a great scheme and demonstrates our continued commitment to the area and the industrial sector. We’ve seen considerable interest in the units and we’re delighted to be able to offer these to the market.”
