Unit 5, Mountpark comprises 74,390 sq ft of warehouse and logistics space. The two units at Stanstead Trade Park comprise of 4,930 sq ft and 7,500 sq ft of trade counter space respectively, located near Goodwood Road.
Hellier Langston has been appointed as joint agents at both trading estates, with DTRE also appointed as third agent for Mountpark.
