Our residential and mixed-use project management consultancy arm, Ikon, has been appointed as Project Manager and Employer’s Agent for the development of Manchester Tower. The new tower will deliver 327 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments for sale, and at 35-storeys high, will form a key part of Manchester’s developing skyline. 

The development will also provide further amenities such as a bar, gym, private lounge, meeting rooms and rooftop restaurant. Occupying a constrained site at the junction of two major roads and neighbouring train line, the development is complex and challenging. 

The Featherfoot/EGCC Group joint venture re-unites key members of the original project team appointed by the previous Developer / Operator (Inhabit) including with Jon Matthews Architects, Cast Consultancy (QS), Mason Navarro Pledge (Structural), Compass Energy (MEP) and Planning Consultant Deloitte to bring the project forward.

Furthermore, our residential property management offering, HLM Property Management, has been retained to manage the development upon completion.
