Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH)’s Milton Keynes office has strengthened its Office Advisory and Industrial & Logistics team with the recruitment of Louis Day as surveyor.

Working alongside Tom Harker and Paul Quy, Louis joins as part of LSH's apprenticeship scheme, training to become a qualified Chartered Surveyor.

LSH’s Milton Keynes team advises across real estate sectors on acquisitions, disposals, lettings, lease advisory, valuation and building consultancy within the M1 Corridor, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire.

In the past 12 months, LSH has advised on more than 100,000 sq ft of office lettings across Milton Keynes, as well as 30 industrial transactions and £43m of office investment deals.

LSH’s apprenticeship scheme has started the careers of a growing number of surveyors across its UK offices, working in partnership with the University College of Estate Management.

Dudley Cross, Building Consultancy Lead – South at Lambert Smith Hampton, said

“After a busy 2019 and with a growing client base, Louis will be an important part of our client offering in Milton Keynes. He will provide valuable support for Tom and Paul, who look forward to supporting him as his career develops. We found the apprenticeship route an attractive way to recruit a young and enthusiastic candidate to learn the job from the ground up.”
