An associate director at the Lincoln office of national commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) is celebrating after being crowned the most active dealmaker for the third consecutive year in a leading industry award.

Matthew Johnson was named most active dealmaker in Estates Gazette, one of the country’s top commercial property publications, after clocking up a series of impressive deals over the past 12 months.

He said: “To win EG’s most active dealmaker in Lincolnshire for a third time in an industry-leading publication is a real honour, and it is testament to the hard work and support of the team I work with in Lambert Smith Hampton.

“As a team, our expertise and local knowledge means we are able to provide a premium service to both landlords and occupiers. This is coupled with a Lincolnshire commercial market which continues to be buoyant, as indicated with the number of freehold and leasehold transactions we have completed over the last 12 months.”

Among Matt’s notable transactions are the letting of Lincoln’s first Starbucks drive-thru on Roman Gate, Nettleham Road, and securing a number of deals at Riverside Enterprise Park, near Saxilby.
