Benson Elliot appoints Lambert Smith Hampton as managing agent on The Quedam Centre, Yeovil

The Centre comprises a single-level scheme of 45 retail units, four high street shops and a three-level multi-storey car park with 650 spaces, all within a 7.4-acre town centre site.

The Quedam Centre is the leading shopping destination in an extensive cross county catchment area in the south-west of England and benefits from a retail line up of high street brands including H&M, Topshop, JD Sports, Monsoon, Pandora, River Island, New Look and HMV.

The scheme recently benefited from an extensive reconfiguration and re-tenanting project, which included a new H&M, JD Sports and the remodelling of Topshop/Topman and Vodafone stores.
